My name is Adam Drzazga, I am a competitive freediver, AIDA Instructor and Judge.

I’ve been teaching Freediving for the last few years but what I enjoy the most is recreational freediving, when you just go and dive on the shallow reefs and simply enjoy being there.

Apnea (or breathold) diving is my passion and way of life.
Anyone who has tried this amazing, peaceful sport will understand the reasons why.

At Blue Water Freediving School we offer high quality freediving instruction from entry level course through to instructor level training.
We offer Freediving courses in our venues in London and  Hertfordshire UK.
